A one bedroom suite features a king size bed and ceiling fan in the bedroom.  The unit includes a full kitchen, a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and one bathroom in the living room.  2 TV's are located in the unit; one in the bedroom and one in the living room with a DVD player.  The suite also comes with a patio. This room has a maximum occupancy of 4 and sleeps 2 privately.

    A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, 50% of the advance deposit will be forfeited.

    Minimum Stay Requirement
    Seven nights stay required, Three nights within 30 days. Seven nights required for Holidays.

    Security Deposit
    $100 security deposit authorization
