Champion's Run Condominiums are located next door to one of the premier quarter horse racetracks in the country. You can go to the races, or enjoy the nearby beautiful mountains and lakes. On the nearby Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation, you can enjoy Las Vegas-style gambling all through the year. Ski seasons vary each year, contact resort to verify dates.

After carefully watching the rapidly changing global impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and consulting with other local resorts, we’ve made the decision to suspend resort operations until 10/01/2020. During this time, we will not be allowing any owner, vacation rental, or exchange guests to check-in at the resort.         Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival, if you cancel inside 72 hours you will forfeit one nights stay plus tax

        Minimum Stay Requirement
        Two nights required
