Located across from the popular Surf Drive Beach, Beachside Village Resort is built in true Cape Cod style all rooms being outfitted in comfortable East Coast furnishings. Onsite there is a large, heated swimming pool (open seasonally), a playground and outdoor barbecue grills and picnic tables. The beach is just a few short steps away. At Beachside Village you get the homey comfort of an East Coast Bed and Breakfast with the amenities and privacy of a resort. All units have air conditioning, DVD players, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and WiFi.

Studio/Studio Deluxe

All of our studio units are unique, but all promise to sleep up to four guests with a Queen bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. All units have a kitchenette, dining table, air conditioning and outdoor seating area. The difference between our studio units and studio deluxe units is that the studio deluxe units are slightly larger, but have all the same amenities. In addition, some studios have an ocean view. This room has a maximum occupancy of 4 and sleeps 2 privately.

    Our charming one bedroom units are all unique, but all promise to sleep up to four guests with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two bathrooms. Units have a kitchenette and dining area as well as outdoor seating, air conditioning and have a fireplace. In addition, some units have an ocean view. In accessible units - one bathroom has a roll in shower, and the 2nd bathroom has grab bars around tub. This room has a maximum occupancy of 5 and sleeps 2 privately.

        2 Bedroom/2 Bedroom Deluxe

        Our spacious two bedroom units are all unique, but all promise to sleep up to six guests with a Queen bed in the first bedroom, two twin beds in the second and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All units have a kitchenette and dining area as well as two bathrooms, outdoor seating, air conditioning and have a fireplace. In addition, some units have an ocean view. This room has a maximum occupancy of 6 and sleeps 4 privately.

            Cancellation Policy
            Free cancellation up to 7-days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7-days prior to arrival or for No Show, the entire room & tax deposit will be forfeited. Early departures are Non-Refundable.

            Minimum Stay Requirement
            In season 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum during holidays
