Barrier Island Station-Duck is the perfect spot to explore the Outer Banks. Offering direct access to one of the area's last remaining unspoiled beaches, you can swim, sail, windsurf, raft, or just lay on the beach. On-site, there are outdoor pools, tennis, and a whirlpool. The resort offers a children's pool, a shopping area, and live entertainment nearby. The resort is a complete home away from home where you can luxuriate in the hot tub, barbecue to your hearts' delight, and spoil yourself with all of our amenities and pristine location.

Resort Notices

Our resort is now open to all Barrier Island Station owners using their owner use week, but with limited service. However, exchange and rental guests are suspended until 9/11/20. Rooms

1 Bedroom (RA4)

A one bedroom unit features either a queen or king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living room. The unit includes one full bathroom and either a partial or a fully-furnished kitchen. In addition, the unit may have an additional half bath.  This room has a maximum occupancy of 4 and sleeps 2 privately.

      1 Bedroom (RB4)

      A one bedroom unit features either a queen or king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living room. The unit includes one full bathroom and either a partial or a fully-furnished kitchen. In addition, the unit may have an additional half bath.  This room has a maximum occupancy of 4 and sleeps 2 privately.

The unit includes one or two bathrooms and a fully-furnished kitchen. This unit may also offer a loft with an extra sleeper sofa, fireplace and/or a Jacuzzi. This room has a maximum occupancy of 6 and sleeps 4 privately.

                              3 Bedroom (Sleeps 10)

                              A three bedroom unit features either a queen or king bed in the master bedroom, either a queen bed or two twins in the second bedroom and the third bedroom has two twin beds.  This room has a maximum occupancy of 10 and sleeps 6 privately.

                                  4 Bedroom VIP

                                  A four bedroom unit features either a queen or king bed in the master bedroom, either a queen bed or two twins in the second bedroom, the third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.  This unit also includes two bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room and a fully-furnished kitchen. This unit may also be equipped with a fireplace or Jacuzzi. The unit may be occupied as a whole unit or separately. This room has a maximum occupancy of 14 and sleeps 8 privately.

                                      Full payment of room & tax.

                                      Cancellation Policy
                                      Free cancellation up to 72-hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72-hours prior to arrival or for No Show, the entire room & tax deposit will be forfeited. Early departures are Non-Refundable.

                                      Minimum Stay Requirement
                                      3 nights off season, 4 nights in season (Memorial – Labor Days)
