Since being founded by Roy I. Fraser more than three decades ago, Vacation Resorts International (VRI) has been providing professional management services to resorts, hotels, and condominiums. These include innovative programs designed to enhance the vacation experience, create more vacation value and increase guest satisfaction. Through a cost-conscious, service-oriented management culture, VRI has assisted many resorts in becoming demanded vacation properties.

With annual maintenance fee billings of $220 million, VRI has grown from its humble beginning as the management company for one of California’s first timeshare resorts to a preeminent North American resort management organization.
