Players Club Resort

Dear Mr. McCollum:

I am writing this letter as a very pleased owner of two weeks at the Player's Club in Hilton Head. My wife and I originally purchased a unit for our son many years ago and in that transaction obtained a unit for us. After many happy years of vacationing there we purchased a second unit last year. We currently own 10 weeks of time-sharing in 5 different resorts, in Mexico and the United States, several of which are highly-rated Interval International facilities. However, my favorite destination every year is to the Player's Club in Hilton Head in March. I congratulate you and the board for maintaining Player's Club in the wonderful condition that we find it during our yearly treks to South Carolina. It is a real bargain when you consider that it has the lowest annual maintenance fee of all the resorts we own; keep up the good work. With that said, the second and perhaps most important message that I wish to transmit to both the board and to VRI management is the fabulous management team that runs the day-to-day business of Player's Club. I tip my hat to the entire staff, and particularly to PAMELA VERNON and KRISTIN CARGILL for the wonderful job they are doing for both owners and visitors. I have been impressed since first meeting them upon their arrival. To say that they have done a wonderful job managing the resort would be an understatement. Both of them are knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient, and genuinely warm and caring persons. During the several years that my wife and I have known them they have provided valuable service to us that I will never forget. I hope and pray that both the board and VRI management realize what a fabulous team you have at the Player's Club, of which PAM and KRISTIN are the all-important nucleus. Upon leaving Hilton Head Island on March 27 of this year, I was already thinking of our return in March of 2012. To me Hilton Head Island is a true American treasure and Player's Club is a huge part of that for my wife and me. In closing, much applause and thanks for the work of Pam and Kristin and their staff.
